Using three different methods of cooking with the smooth hot plate reversing to reveal a griddle pan / plate and then a separate large Paella dish. Great for large parties, BBQ & Picnics. All in good working condition but please note that the valve works in the opposite direction to the illustrated label (Don't no why this happens!!) All packs away into it's own sturdy carry case / bag for easy transportation.
